By accessing or using replyfast (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

replyfast provides auto-reply and follow-up messaging services for salon and clinic owners. When customers contact your business, we reply instantly and follow up automatically.

3. Subscription and Billing

replyfast is a subscription-based service. Pricing is as published on our Pricing page. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. All payments are processed through Dodo Payments. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate business information. You may not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS.” We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, access to the Service ceases immediately.
